Conditions for Inspection Trip Reimbursement
- In Spain, it is almost never possible to reserve a property without commitment. The market moves quickly, and multiple agents across Europe often offer the same developments.
- To definitively remove a property from the market, a paid reservation is required. This fee is non-refundable and varies depending on the developer, typically ranging between €3,000 and €10,000.
- If you require financing through a bank in your home country or a mortgage in Spain, these options should be reviewed in advance, prior to booking an inspection trip.
Vidando Estates offers clients a reimbursement of up to €499 per person, with a maximum of €998 per purchase, to help cover the costs of an inspection trip, subject to the following conditions:
- The client books and pays for the inspection trip independently. We are happy to assist in finding the best options.
- The reimbursement applies to a maximum of two (2) persons and up to two (2) nights.
- The reimbursement is granted only after the title deed has been signed, the full purchase price has been paid, and Vidando Estates has received the corresponding sales commission from the developer.
- Vidando Estates reserves the right to determine how the reimbursement is applied. This may take the form of a purchase discount, financial compensation, or another administratively and fiscally appropriate method.
