You choose not only your villa but also the ideal location. Building plots are available starting from 500 m² for those who appreciate space, privacy, and a natural environment. The building plot is not included in the price above, but we have plots available ranging from €40,000 to €80,000.

All our plots are located within a maximum 10-minute drive of amenities such as supermarkets, doctors, bars, restaurants, and facilities. Most of our plots are located within a 30-40 minute drive of Alicante airport and city, as well as the beautiful sandy beaches.

From the initial design to the handover of the keys, we guide you through the entire construction process. Transparent, personal, and with an eye for quality, so you can look forward to your new home under the Spanish sun without a care in the world. We provide all our clients with monthly updates and photos of the progress of their dream home.

The payment method for this project is:

An initial down payment of 35% is required, covering the plot, licenses, architects, etc. This is followed by 4 or 5 further phase payments until completion (+- 14 months). The entire transaction is overseen by your lawyer, who manages the phase payments in accordance with your contract.

Importantly, everything is 100% legal and the entire project, architects, and licenses are included in the price.

All in all, a rural location inland from Alicante offers an idyllic setting for building a villa, where you can enjoy nature, tranquility, and privacy, while still being within easy reach of the region's amenities and attractions.

We deliberately build these villas only in the municipalities of Hondon de las Nieves, Aspe, and La Romana, where we can offer all the amenities you need daily. Furthermore, the building plots here are at least 400m² and much more affordable than on the coast.
