You choose not only your villa but also the ideal location. Building plots are available ranging from 500 m² urban plots in residential neighborhoods to 10,000 m² rustic plots for those who appreciate space, privacy, and a natural environment. Building plot not included in the above price, but we have building plots available between €40,000 and €80,000.

From the initial design to the handover of the keys, we guide you through every stage of the construction process. With a transparent, personal approach and a strong focus on quality, you can look forward to enjoying your new home under the Spanish sun with complete peace of mind.

Payment schedule for this project:

• €10,000 to reserve the plot. The reservation agreement must include a deadline for signing the purchase contract.
• 8% upon signing the deposit contract (the reservation fee paid for the plot will be deducted from this amount).
• 30% upon the granting of the building permit (purchase of the plot and commencement of construction).
• 25% upon completion of the structural framework.
• 17% upon completion of the exterior walls and enclosure.
• 18% upon completion of the tiling in the kitchen and bathrooms.
• 2% upon completion of the project and handover of the keys.

*Applicable VAT will be added to each payment.

It is important that everything is 100% legal and that architects and licenses are included in the price.
