Have you decided to take a look yourself on the spot? The best way of finding out more about the real estate that Spain has to offer is to visit it yourself..
Before departure, we will find out with you which projects are most suitable for you. Based on this, we prepare a schedule to visit the locations and projects of your choice. A viewing trip usually takes 3 to 4 days, depending on the number of projects to be viewed.
We take care of everything: we can help you book the flight and accommodation and, if desired, we will pick you up at the airport and we shall take you on agent-guided tours of the projects that you have selected in advance.
Explore the region during your sightseeing trip
Day 1 - You’re flying to Spain
¡Bienvenido a España! You have just arrived in Spain, destination sun and relaxation.
When you arrive at the airport in Spain, one of our real estate advisors will be waiting for you. This advisor will help you with your luggage and take you to our office. There you will first receive a cup of coffee and a tour of the office. You will learn more about our company and Spanish culture.
Then you start looking for a house. You visit different regions and projects. The advisor will help you find the right homes that meet your needs.
At the end of the day, the advisor will take you to a hotel where you can relax and enjoy your first day in Spain
Visit the projects
Day 2 - You visit the selected properties
Your English-speaking broker will pick you up at the hotel in the morning, after which the search will continue. By the second day you probably already have a clear idea of what you want and what you don't want
At each project we visit, we also take the time to show you the surroundings. We like to share the best places with you, such as trendy bars, beautiful beaches, the best restaurants and important cultural attractions nearby.
In the evening we will take you back to the hotel, where you can chat about the projects visited and enjoy your second evening in Spain.
Revisiting your favorite homes
Day 3 - Revisit, visit lawyer and return journey
Once you've found a house you like, we can schedule a re-viewing.
During the review you can ask all your questions and comments to the promoter, real estate agent and any lawyer. The lawyer ensures that the purchase is legally safe. Communication always takes place in your own language.
If you have already found a home, there is also the option to visit a furniture store.
At the end of your stay, the agent will take you to the airport. You can then return home relaxed, perhaps as the proud owner of your dream home in Spain!
