It is always positive to have a short, initial meeting with our customers, so that they can express their wishes in advance and we only show projects that really meet their wishes. These inspection visits are usually short so it is important to make the best use of the time.

After-sales service
From the moment you decide to buy a house until the moment you get the keys and can start enjoying the house, we are fully responsible for the smooth running of the entire process. Our aftersales team will explain to you what steps need to be taken, and help you with the documents you need to buy a house in Spain, for example an identification number (NIE) for foreigners. We will accompany you to the notary and check the house with you so that you are sure that everything has been delivered as agreed. If it concerns a house that still needs to be built or adapted, we will take photos during the construction process and check whether everything is being built as agreed.
